# Extra fields per domain extension

`GET /v1/domain/order/@id/form` · scope `domains:read`

Extra fields that some domain extensions require when ordering. `@id` is the product ID of the domain extension (for example 1298 for `.io.vn`), not the ID of a registered domain.

## Example request

`$TINO_TOKEN` is a token with the scope `domains:read`. Path parameters in the example are sample values.

## Example response

```json
 "forms": []
}
```

Live sample from a test account with personal data masked; long arrays and strings are trimmed (`… N more item(s)`, `… N more line(s)`).
